Reliable, friendly salon
I go to Karen's as often as I need my hair done, and they almost always do it for special occasions. It may be at the upper end of my price range, but I always leave feeling pampered. All the stylists are friendly and chatty, and everyone looks lovely as they leave. I can only recommend Karen's

Went in for blonde highlights, told I would look fabulous and 10 years younger, came out with darker hair than when I went in and it AGED me 10 years. Very, very dissappointed and over £100 poorer. Like most women, I just paid up and got out as quickly as I could. NEVER again. I could have bought an over the counter dark hair dye and done the job myself for £5.99.
